- AGAnmol GrewalFeb 2, 20261.0I’ve been to this Sephora multiple times now, and unfortunately I’ve noticed a consistent pattern. Each visit, I’m not greeted and no one offers to help me while I’m shopping. When I checked out during my most recent visit, the associate didn’t ask if I wanted to use my points or even offer me a bag—despite offering both to the customers ahead of me. What stood out most was that white women around me seemed to receive a much warmer, more attentive experience, which made the interaction feel uncomfortable and disappointing. As a Rouge member who spends a significant amount of money at Sephora, I expect at least basic customer service. Compared to the Sephora in Loveland, this location gives off a noticeably unwelcoming vibe. I love Sephora as a brand, but this location consistently falls short.

Kim understood what I was asking for, talked me through several options, and let me test a few products. I walked out with a tinted moisturizer and lip stain. I just put them on this morning following her advice, and I love them both. I’ll be back for a makeup lesson with her.

They were quick to help a male buy something for his girl. I will go to Centerra where I get great service ! All the employees were giggling with themselves and talking about who is off.
