My previous experiences at this specific location have been very disappointing with how curt the same cashier is to me. Yesterday, a coworker and myself went to their VIP sale and were both treated rudely, myself more than her by the same cashier, Janice. For 8 years, I have never had to update my profile by a Salon Centric employee. I have only updated my phone number on my own terms. Yesterday, I was asked for proof of licensure and was questioned about my employment even though I gave her my Salon Centric card. I work at a well-known upscale salon in Fort Collins and she was surprised when I told her my place of employment. The whole time she interrogated me and was rude, I remained well mannered. I carry a cosmetology license in Nevada and Colorado and have both licenses updated every 2 and 4 years. As someone who has shopped at various Las Vegas, NV locations and the Greeley, CO location, this Fort Collins, CO location is subpar when it comes to customer service. I will go out of my way to shop at the Greeley location.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
