Nicole is absolutely amazing. I found her simply by walking in after leaving a high-end barbershop feeling unhappy—and I’m so glad I did.
What she does for my son’s hair is incredible. She is so kind and patient with him, taking her time and working gently even when he’s falling sleep in her chair. He genuinely loves having his hair cut by her.
Thank you, Nicole, for your attention to detail and for being warm and respectful—not just another rude hairstylist. It truly makes all the difference.

Honestly was a terrible experience. They were knocking out haircuts 5-10 min. I understand it can be busy but I work extremely hard to pay a hairstylist to make my child feel good and have a good experience. My son’s haircut was absolutely awful and I don’t know if there was anyway to fix it. It was beyond choppy everywhere so now he will need to let his hair grow and hopefully he doesn’t get made fun of. Very disappointed. I never write a review but this one just killed me and I don’t want someone to have the same experience we did. I will not put the stylist because I don’t want make someone feel bad even if the haircut was terrible. Just want to let people be aware:/

Appreciated Nicole today. Great suggestions on my cut due to my heavy, straight hair. I really like it!
Thank you!

Got an amazing haircut today with Amanda B. Her low 1 fade is second to none. She has an amazing eye for detail and a great personality. I also watched Eric give a haircut and his detail and care were the best I have seen at any Great Clips ever. Hope Great Clips can keep them around for a while. Highly recommend getting your haircut at the S. Mason location. Keep up the great work!

More like… bad clips :(
Let me start by saying that I truly get no joy from leaving bad reviews, but I feel like it would be a disservice to not share.
I typically go to a full salon that does the works, but I’m very pregnant and after being encouraged by my family to give this a try, I said “Hey, all I need is a little trim, maybe I can save some money. How hard can it be?”
Apparently very hard. I lost a lot of progress with my hair today by trying to save some money. I asked for a trim (1-2 inches as discussed), very long and subtle layers (or none at all), and no face framing. I left with 1-2 inches off wherever she felt like?? Super uneven, very short layers and “face framing” that goes halfway back my head?? And my ends don’t even feel refreshed. Truly do not know how it went this bad. I have scheduled with my usual stylist ASAP to fix this and repent for my sin of cheating on her.
If how your hair looks really matters to you, if you hair grows slowly, etc. please do not go here.
Mens, womens, kids and senior haircuts as well as bang, neck and beard trims. Other haircare services include shampoo, blow dry, or hair styling such as an updo. Select salons offer perm services.
