She messed up not once but twice by forgetting to add layers to one of the sides and the customer service was no help trying to get it resolved. Very disappointing and won't be going back

Can’t leave 0 stars so have a Star. I came in with long enough hair to put in a little ponytail. I showed a reference photo of a cute longer pixie cut, I’ve had this cut before so I know the basic details of what I like for it. Sat down, she put the robe on so tight it was choking me. Asked to have it loosed which she did. Next she immediately went for the spray bottle and sprayed down my hair. Normal except it had a perfume smell. Upon asking it was leave in conditioner sprayed on my hair with NO consent. I have a very sensitive scalp to products and sensitive skin. Plus allergic to some perfumes.
She offered to rinse my hair which I declined as it was already done and my hair is fine enough a rinse with the conditioner would make it worse.
Next she argued with me about using the razor blade. I know my hair though that I know it causes the ends to split immediately and for it to flip out. She said she couldn’t do the style of bangs of the cut I wanted without it. When I asked if she wasn’t comfortable doing so I can come back another time, she responded that she can use the scissors to do it. Fine, we went forward.
Next she starts in the back. I have a lot of calics in the back of my head and one in front. She would not stop complaining of how it was a struggle. I’ve never had a hair stylist have an issue.
She went to the front and chopped off the bang portion to an inch left of hair. I immediately said that it was too short which she defensively said it was to get the look I wanted.
I stayed silent for another minute while she aggressively chopped off more. Then I asked what is the vision to get the bangs to be how I wanted them. Which was supposed to have 3inches of bangs at least.
She said she didn’t know and I asked if there was someone she can ask for help from. She said yes. I asked if the manager was in the salon she said no. We stopped immediately.
As she was waiting I got the robe off and looked closer in the mirror. It was horrific.
I don’t know how this lady has a license. She was defensive, rude, didn’t listen to any feedback, didn’t seek consent and had no absolute vision when she started to cut. She just hacked like she was a child getting hands on scissors for the first time.
Thankfully I went to the front range location and the assistant manager was kind enough to stay late and fix my hair from what was left. Bless her. She also said she was going to talk to the GM.
I do not know the ladies name that butchered my hair.
