  I have been going to Lauren for 4 years now and cannot say enough amazing things about her consistency, talent, and just overall her being a beautiful human. I initially went to her for my wedding hair and make up and instantly felt comfortable and have never left! From her expert coloring to her haircuts she really takes the extra time to make sure it’s right and communicates with ease.

  I would NEVER recommend THE WORDY BIRD SALON OR FORMERLY BUZZ & BLISS, unless you are apt for witchcraft against your hair and scalp. Why the name change? Steer clear from Lauren the owner from touching your hair. Let her have her in like usuals. I can't express in words how unbelievably shocked at the horrific experience I had with Lauren. I recommended my daughter and friend from church to go there until Lauren got her claws on my hair. Never again. Seriously, be careful, I can't say exactly what happened here, but Lauren is not the shiny perfect innocent person she portrays herself to be. This was my personal experience.

  Unfortunately did not have a great experience, and I don’t know if it’s because I didn’t describe well enough what I wanted, or staff had an off day. Got home to find small tufts of uncut hair, particularly around my ear and on one side of my forehead. Looking straight on, it looks like the guard dipped too far inward on one side, and i feel like my hair was cut far too up into my crown area. Things felt a little rushed in the seat, and I hope that isn’t the norm here. Hot towel was lukewarm, but it sounds like the team did just move locations so maybe there’s some settling in that will happen over time. Will unfortunately have to look for a second haircut.

  My (very shy) teenage daughter just went here for a haircut. We instantly felt welcome. Everyone is so nice and the facility is modern and clean. Mady was fantastic! The haircut looks amazing and the pricing was very reasonable.

  I left my appointment feeling so giddy and excited about my haircut! Kylee did an amazing job and was so accommodating, friendly, and funny. I've found my salon and stylist from now on!!
