  There always seems to be some kind of issue at this location. The app is unreliable, scheduling is a constant headache, and they frequently move people ahead of you without explanation. It often feels like a lack of accountability, and about half the time the haircut quality is disappointing. Their appointment system is especially frustrating. What used to be a straightforward, first-come, first-served process has turned into something overly complicated and inefficient. The system creates more problems than it solves. Meanwhile, Sports Clips in the same lot consistently gets us in quickly without any hassle. Their scheduling works, they respect your time, and they do excellent work. The difference in professionalism and reliability is noticeable.

  Came in after a DIY bang situation and Jessica absolutely fixed it. The haircut is clean, blended, and looks intentional again. So thankful for the save!

  If I could give a 0 I would. Everytime my husband or son go in this place their hair is bumpy and uneven! This last time my husband went in Jasmine cut his hair, didnt use guard just used clipped and a. Comb.... uneven bumps throughout his hair. To add to this she reeked like an ash tray! My husband has severe asthma! Idc if you smoke but you should be able to wash your hands before you return to work 🙄 and realize how it affects customers as it CAN trigger an asthma attack and did promptly after he left and he is too polite to tell someone they stink and ask if they would wash their hands before they cut his hair. I couldn't imagine trying to hold your breath while someone is leaning over you cutting your hair.

  Connie truly listened to the haircut length I wanted, and cut it to that length. Many stylists prefer to give me the cut they envision I should have. I am grateful that Connie listened to my preferences. I wish that Great Clip would retain that cut that customers want instead of retaining the cut they received during the previous visit. I travel, & sometimes get a cut while traveling. This causes the stylist to believe that I have gone for a longer time without a cut than what actually occurred. Retaining the length & type of cut on the printed order instead of how much was removed during the previous cut would eliminate this error.

  I go to the Firestone store and Connie takes real good care of me. I’ve been going back to her for the last two years. She is really super nice always takes care of me.
