When I went to brush my hair it was always tangled so when my friend came for Thanksgiving who does hair I asked her what was going on and she looked at my hair and said that is not layered at all and that's why it's so tangled. I literally have never had this problem before and have always used great clips. So she told me to call and ask them to add the layers the original cutter forgot. I did and was told I could no problem by a woman named Grace but when I came back in the manager I didn't catch her name but she was black said that is never their policy and said that the girl I spoke to wasn't a manager and therefore should not have said so but then when I explained that that wasn't my fault the manager contradicted herself saying that she empowers her girls to make decisions without her. But then continued to give me a hard time embarrassing me internally to make herself look as if I was the one in the wrong.... I will Never be going back!!! Very rude and unprofessional.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
