- TTTimJan 4, 20263.0Really not too happy with this location today… last time I got a haircut here it was awesome and I decided I was gonna come here from now on but this time kinda changed my mind, we’ll see…the Asian lady here did my hair and I tried the best I could explaining what I was going for and basically cut off all my hair when I specifically said I want to keep the same style just much shorter. But I know if I told them a trim they wouldn’t have taken as much off as I wanted. I would’ve had to tell them to go around three times and waste their time and mine so in this case I was just trying to avoid all of that, and explain what I was needing. Just a little advice to you people that go here, if they start talking about inches and numbers tell them to pump the brakes because they’re gonna start chopping things off and not taking what you’re trying to explain seriously. Now, luckily it was halfway to what I was talking about, but she cut off the length on the sides way too short and now everything looks goofy…

She took over 20 min on each of them, and took the drape off of me after doing almost no cutting. I had to keep asking her to finish the cut that I asked for. She balked at every request. I was pleasant and did not deserve the disrespect I recieved. I received half the time as other clients, and none of the kindness. There wasn't anyone waiting behind me, so I don't understand why she rushed me out. I left in tears. Never again will I trust this location.
