  I brought my mother in for Botox yesterday, and the experience was shockingly bad. This place used to be warm and welcoming — now the staff is rude, dismissive, and made us feel like an inconvenience rather than paying clients. The unprofessional attitude and unwelcoming atmosphere were unacceptable. We won’t be returning.

  Don’t book here if you want an office that is welcoming ,friendly and open to diversity. I booked my mother an appointment at this location and called the office prior to the appointment to ask about financing and if they offered a payment plan with cherry.They stated they did but that my mother would not be able to finance since her daughter (me ) wouldn’t be at the appointment with her. This was ok with my mother since she had already been planing this appointment and money was not an issue. I simply wanted to pay for her since her birthday was coming up. Later when my mom shows up for her Botox appointment , the front desk staff had canceled her appointment without any explanation or effort to help. ! They did not try to reschedule, accommodate her, or offer any kind of solution. Instead, they dismissed her completely with zero consideration for her time or experience. What makes this even more upsetting is that my mom had been so excited for this appointment because her birthday is coming up. She wanted to treat herself and feel her best, and instead she was left disappointed and hurt by how she was treated. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. If you value customer service or respect for your time, be careful booking here — the way they handled her visit was extremely disappointing.

  From the moment I walked in I was greeted and given a sparkling water. I did not have to worry about filling in the pages of paper work that normally await such visits because well before my appointment date, I had the opportunity to complete them on line. This level of convenience shows Aspire's commitment to provide a relaxed atmosphere in what may otherwise be a bit stressful. My CO2 treatment was performed by Arpita who prepped me, talked me through the entire procedure and made me feel so safe and comfortable. I am grateful to Ashley who provided me realistic expectations so that I could go into the recovery process empowered and ready to heal and enjoy my results. I will say if you are on the fence about getting CO2, you will spend thousands of dollars on over the counter products that while helpful, will not be able to give you the immediate results this treatment will. If you are like me who doesn't like to spend money and time on beauty routines, this procedure is for you and it is already saving me both. Thank you to the team at Aspire Medical Spa for the amazing service you are providing your loyal clients.

  I had a microchanneling treatment with Julie and it was a great experience! She’s incredibly easy to talk to and such a kind, welcoming person. Julie took the time to really look at my skin, made thoughtful suggestions for home care, and recommended some possible next steps for future treatments. I felt completely comfortable the whole time and appreciated how knowledgeable and attentive she was. Highly recommend her if you're looking for someone who truly cares about your skin and your comfort!
