  I hesitated to leave this review, as I’m a licensed massage therapist myself and understand how feedback can affect both morale and income. However, my experience was poor enough that I felt it was important to share. I came in for a much-needed deep tissue massage and was picked up late for my appointment. Gavin seemed a bit off from the start—almost rushed or unsettled—which stood out to me, especially since I confirmed I was his first appointment of the day. During the consultation, I explained my background as a massage therapist and shared that I was specifically looking for trigger point work, along with focused attention on my calf muscles due to running. While I’ve encountered therapists who prefer to take their own approach, I got a dismissive impression—as if my input wasn’t being considered—which was disappointing. During the treatment, the overall flow felt very inconsistent. There was little continuity or connection, and he frequently jumped between areas without a clear structure. The pressure also varied significantly, making it difficult to relax or feel effective therapeutic work being done. Unfortunately, the experience felt less refined than what I would expect, even compared to entry-level training environments. Additionally, as a female client, proper draping is extremely important to me. I felt that this was an area that needs improvement, as it did not consistently feel secure or professionally executed throughout the session. I don’t say this lightly, but I believe Gavin would benefit from additional training and perhaps taking more time to settle into his sessions, as his energy felt rushed and that carried into the experience. I would consider returning to Now Massage, but I would not book with Gavin again, and I would not recommend him based on this visit.

  Carol was amazing! Knowledgeable, attentive, and a healers touch! Came in with crazy lower back pain, left relaxed and pain forgotten. Thank you!

  I’ve been coming to the NOW Cherry Creek for the last year and a half or so. I joined their membership for the 80 min massages and thought it was a great deal! Nicholas S (Nick) is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had! I’ve seen him for the regular NOW massage with and without deep tissue as well as a Prenatal Glow Massage and all have always been fantastic. Highly recommended Nick at the NOW.

  Hello, i decided for the first time to get a massage but i had some issues with my visit that left me walking away quite sad and inpain. I paid a total of 220$ usd (10$ tip) for a pretty rough massage but it felt like i only got a deep tissue and cupping only when i also wanted a full massage. I didnt get my back (softly) or arms or fingers massaged for the whole 80min under the reason of (i didnt remove my bracelets) at the start of the massage which unfortunately ruined my experience because they had said this after the massage was completed. This is a more minor but still important. My massage was originally scheduled got 3pm.(i arrived at 2:45pm) But it actually started at 3:11pm. And ended at 4:20pm. Which is 69 minutes. I didn't get what i paid for unfortunately. And ill probably never come back after more consideration, it gave me a really bad impression and the force used in the deep tissue (as i had requested on the website light to medium force) left me in a-bit of pain for the duration of that afternoon. I showed no disrespect or opinion just trusting the job to the therapist. I had only wished he had explained and followed the time better. Not saying ITs necessarily a waste of money but Atleast my experience alone felt as. The atmosphere and place is really nice the beds are sort of comfortable for a tall person. But thats all i can really say. Maybe because i was inexperienced but i felt like there could be better places. 4/10

  I am not usually one to write a review, but after two bad experiences at the NOW Cherry Creek location I feel obligated to share. I booked my first massage with NOW Cherry Creek in February for my birthday. As a newly postpartum mom, I was very excited for some "me" time to celebrate. When I arrived at the location, the front desk employee told me that he did not see my appointment time and that I must not have booked correctly. I showed him my confirmation email where it confirmed I had booked the correct date and time that I showed up for. He told me that it must have been a technology error. The manager was very gracious about it and offered a discount for the next time I booked which I appreciated. However, once I drove all the way back home, I received a call from the same front desk employee telling me that I missed my massage time and that they would be charging me.... It was very frustrating to show up for my birthday massage, be turned away, and then be called again 15 minutes later telling me I missed it. Clearly there was no care or attention to detail by the employees. I wanted to give the place a second chance, so I booked another massage in March. This experience was not much better. I booked their signature 50 minute massage for noon. However, I did not get pulled back for the massage by the therapist until 12:10 and the massage ended by 12:50. Therefore, the massage time I booked was not honored and I did not get the full time that I paid for. Additionally, the massage itself was awful. It felt like the therapist didn't know what they were doing. For example, she rubbed up my spine, jaw, and other places that are uncomfortable and unsafe. She also did not massage my arms ever after I told her that I wanted a full body massage. I left feeling very dissatisfied and upset. I'm writing this review to let others know that I believe there are much better places in Denver to get a massage and that I would recommend everyone avoid going here due to my multiple bad experiences. I will definitely be letting my friends and family know that they should avoid NOW Cherry Creek at all costs. I'm giving this place a generous two stars solely for the fact that the manager was kind and accommodating after my first bad experience.
