- KBKelly BrownMar 26, 20261.0GO TO ULTA!!! Zero stars. I went into Sephora today to make a return. I was 6 days past their 30 day returns (I though it was 60 but they changed it) and now I’m stuck with $150 of make up that doesn’t match my skin. Manager just stared at me and said “it’s policy”. Ulta has a 60 day return policy and enough employees to help you!! While my bf was waiting in their line that wrapped back into the perfume section I was told it would be about 15 minutes until someone could help me. There is literally no reason why I would shop here when I could shop at Ulta.

I don't feel the need to but then again I definitely don't need to get judged . Don't act like y'all are above anyone cause a lot of these people ur judging are the wrong ones to judge that are varry independent never know these people might highly be above y'all ladies. Never ever use this location 😂
