The service at Woodhouse was professional and yet personal. We rented out the sunroom so we’d have a private spot to hang between spa services. We were provided Ligh beverages and some snacks and brought our own. Massages were wonderful and we all left feeling refreshed Everything was great!

But I had my brows tinted and it was a disappointment. They were uneven and too light, so I ended up fixing them when I got home. I scheduled an appointment with Hady as she did a great job in November, so I was upset I wasn't told she was not available.

The ladies who did our pedicures were amazing as well as our massage techs. The problem came from the front desk staff. They were rude and were treating us, what felt like, they didn’t think we had any business being at their establishment. We definitely didn’t receive 5 or even 4 star service. Many of the other guest seemingly received very different treatment. We will not be back. There are plenty of other places that treat people respectfully and appreciate business from minorities. I’ll spend my $500 at another spa where people are treated as welcomed guest no matter what color they are.
- CBChristina B.Feb 5, 20263.0I recently visited for Saturday afternoon appointment with a large party (6). It was easy to work with the staff to schedule multiple appointments. The location is so charming and bright - there is a sunroom area that can booked for large parties. We checked in a few minutes late for our group however the team was very accommodating getting us checked in and ready. I throughout enjoyed my standard massage - the treatment room was spacious and clean. I did change in the treatment room to be able to take full advantage of my appointment time and then I was escorted to the locker room area to change into a room and enter the quiet room for tea and relaxation. However this experience was not relaxing. The spa was extremely busy and the quiet room was so packed there was barely anywhere to sit. With so many people even in hushed tones the room was not very quiet. It is also co-ed which I don’t normally enjoy when you are in a robe partially nude (and we weren’t given a heads up). The locker room area is small and little tight for all of the people that were in the room. One of our party was unable to make the appointment and we could loudly hear a staff member/manager complaining that they were not informed in advance (which could have been addressed at check in) and made us feel unwelcome. Once we were paying we were loudly asked who would be paying for the appointment since it was not cancelled in time (which we did pay with no discussion) but it would have been appreciated to address more tact. Overall I enjoyed massage but I would definitely ask prior to booking if they have a full house during the time slot you want to make sure you can actually walk around and enjoy the spa. - 0A0 Budget AnimationsJan 31, 20261.0I’m reaching out to share feedback regarding my recent appointment at the Denver Woodhouse Spa, as I left feeling extremely disappointed. I booked a treatment advertised at $175 and specifically chose it because your promotion included a complimentary gua sha (or an upgraded/complimentary add-on). During the visit, everything was confirmed and I was told I could use the promotion. However, after the treatment ended, I was informed that the complimentary gua sha was not provided, because the appointment was not booked with enough time to include it. That was frustrating, especially since this was part of the promotion and I was told it would be honored. What was even more surprising was what happened at checkout. I was charged an additional $20 for an “upgrade” that I never approved. I was never asked to consent to a higher-priced treatment, and I did not agree to pay more than the amount I originally booked. This experience was supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable day, but instead it turned into an uncomfortable situation due to poor communication and unexpected charges. I’d appreciate your help in reviewing this and making it right. At minimum, I would like the $20 upgrade charge refunded, and I would also like to understand why the complimentary promotion was confirmed but not delivered.

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Spa Arrivals and Amenities
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, sandals and locker room facilities are provided for your comfort. Amenities include access to the quiet room, assortment of non-alcoholic beverages including fruit infused water, tea, coffee and a variety of snacks are available for guests to enjoy throughout their spa experience. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
All guests who enter the Treatment Rooms, Quiet Rooms and/or Locker Rooms must be scheduled to receive treatment(s).
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Requirements
Minors (under the age of 18) may only receive Woodhouse Spa services following written parental/legal guardian consent (via signature on the Spa Intake form).
Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent/legal guardian in the treatment room during the
entirety of the performed service(s) and must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian in all areas of the spa, including but not limited to the Locker Room, Quiet Room, and Retail/Lobby area.
Woodhouse Spa reserves the right to limit and/or prohibit services for minor guests. Woodhouse Spas will not
perform the following for guests under the age of eighteen:
• Body & Bath Body treatments (Vichy and bath treatments, body scrubs, wraps)
• Peel-based skincare services
• Bikini or Brazilian waxes
• Any packages that contain the above-mentioned prohibited service
Woodhouse Spa does not offer massage services to women in the 1st trimester of pregnancy.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and Woodhouse Spa Gift Cards.Woodhouse gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and Woodhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit. There will be a $50.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
Accessibility
Due to the historic nature of Woodhouse Spa- Denver, we are not fully accessible. While we will always do what we can to accomodate all guests, we encourage our guests that require a more accessible spa experience to visit our beautiful location in Littleton.
