  Extremely rude customer service, I filled a survey the day I went in due to the poor customer service. The manager emailed me to “discuss the situation” never did. Sephora already has a reputation for bad customer service and they are certainly living up to it. Go to Sephora if you love rude service ✨. As a person who works in customer service its truly astonishing how its a norm.

  While this location is typically one of my favorites I will not return. While one of the ladies I asked for help from was semi helpful majority of the employees were standing around on their phones. I had to directly ask for assistance and was met with her walking to the table I had just looked at and not even where the product was actually located. Additionally when I was ready to check out I was sent to an employee using a phone to check people out while none of the registers were open (again none of the employees seemed busy at all). Once checking out I asked the employee about the phone number rules as the way she asked me for my phone number was simply handing me the phone and saying “put your number in” not even asking me if I had one or leaving room for a choice. After asking her about it she was extremely rude, and she didn’t offer me any receipt. This was one of the more hostile and negative customer service experiences I have ever had.

  This was one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had. The manager I dealt with was extremely rude, dismissive, and dishonest. She outright claimed a product was “out of stock,” clearly just to avoid doing her job yet I found the product myself minutes later. That says everything. Instead of helping, she made it obvious she couldn’t be bothered to look or provide basic customer service. I then attempted to ask another team member for assistance, and shockingly, she was just as rude and unhelpful. No effort, no professionalism, and no interest in helping a paying customer. This store has a serious management and staff problem. Lying to customers, refusing to assist, and treating people with attitude is unacceptable especially for a brand like Sephora that claims to value customer experience. I will not be returning to this location and would strongly advise others to think twice unless they enjoy being disrespected and ignored.

  We went to Sephora yesterday with my mom and my cousin, and it was truly the first time we’ve ever met a team member as amazing as Nadia. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and guided us through everything we needed without any hesitation. Nadia truly made our shopping experience exceptional. Thank you again for everything, Nadia. You were truly amazing, and we deeply appreciated your help.
