  I visited this store today to use a few gift cards on makeup and perfume, and the experience was extremely uncomfortable. While browsing with only one or two items, I was repeatedly pressured to take a shopping basket despite clearly and politely saying no multiple times. The interaction made me feel judged, belittled, and embarrassed simply for how I looked or was dressed. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt watched and uncomfortable, which completely took away from what should have been an enjoyable shopping experience. This matters because I came in ready to spend my money, but the treatment made me not even want to give this store my time or business. I expected basic customer service, professionalism, and kindness—especially in a cosmetic store where people should feel comfortable and respected. Unfortunately, that was not the case

  Shelly and Caryn were outstanding. I came in looking for Christmas gifts for my mother and knew nothing but wanted the products to be clean and healthy when it comes to ingredients. They put their special touch into finding the right products and I couldn’t be happier! Thanks again ladies!

  I came into Sephora feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what I really needed. I needed foundation from Nars and David took the time to listen and understand exactly what I was struggling with. He was so compassionate and patient, and he made me feel completely comfortable. He asked the right questions, offered thoughtful suggestions, and never once rushed me or pushed anything I didn’t need. I left feeling confident, supported, and so grateful for the help. David is amazing at what he does, I can understand why he works for NARS — I highly recommend seeing him if you need someone who truly listens and cares.

  I visited the Sephora store at Cherry Creek Mall in Denver. There was a manager working at the time who was not wearing a name badge, so I asked another employee and was told her name is Karima. While I noticed she was treating other customers politely, her attitude toward us was very different — rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. We felt uncomfortable and disrespected by the way she spoke to us, especially compared to how she treated others. It’s unacceptable for a manager to behave this way, especially when they are supposed to set the standard for customer service. I hope the store addresses this issue and ensures that all customers are treated with fairness and respect

  since moving to denver 6 months ago, this has been my local sephora. I’ve never had a bad experience here; every employee is kind and attentive, but sean and wilbur especially have taken the time to look up stock for me (I somehow always need the color of something that’s out of stock lol!), and give me personal recommendations and find alternatives to products I want to replace. take my money! I’ll be back!
