- MAMask Alfadanee6 days ago1.0I visited the Sephora store at Cherry Creek Mall in Denver. There was a manager working at the time who was not wearing a name badge, so I asked another employee and was told her name is Karima. While I noticed she was treating other customers politely, her attitude toward us was very different — rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. We felt uncomfortable and disrespected by the way she spoke to us, especially compared to how she treated others. It’s unacceptable for a manager to behave this way, especially when they are supposed to set the standard for customer service. I hope the store addresses this issue and ensures that all customers are treated with fairness and respect

I’ve never had a bad experience here; every employee is kind and attentive, but sean and wilbur especially have taken the time to look up stock for me (I somehow always need the color of something that’s out of stock lol!), and give me personal recommendations and find alternatives to products I want to replace. take my money! I’ll be back!

Pictures of delivery are a package room and I live in a townhome with no package room. Support will only refund or reship package. This is crazy. Just use a different shipping service.
