I don't feel the need to but then again I definitely don't need to get judged . While browsing with only one or two items, I was repeatedly pressured to take a shopping basket despite clearly and politely saying no multiple times. The interaction made me feel judged, belittled, and embarrassed simply for how I looked or was dressed. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt watched and uncomfortable, which completely took away from what should have been an enjoyable shopping experience. This matters because I came in ready to spend my money, but the treatment made me not even want to give this store my time or business. I expected basic customer service, professionalism, and kindnessâespecially in a cosmetic store where people should feel comfortable and respected. Unfortunately, that was not the case
