Staff here needs retraining - went in the other day to get some items. When I went up to the register the girl asked if I had the app (I don't because I rarely go into a store anymore & usually order online) so I said I didn't & apologized. She asked for my phone number, I gave it to her & I specifically told her that I have two profiles, one is an employee account & I don't work there anymore. She immediately told me that my account was blocked - funny, given I literally had just made a purchase online the day before with no issues, which I also told her.
So she gave me customer services phone number & told me to call them, which I did. They told me nothing is wrong with my account, acknowledged they saw 2 profiles (1 being the employee account, which was blocked). So they believe she pulled up the employee account & didn't pay attention. I couldn't see the screen to verify which one she was looking at. Also don't have a name as she wasn't wearing a name tag or an apron (which is part of the dress code).
I shouldn't have had to take time to do something I didn't need to do given I knew what she told me was false but I wasn't going to give her a hard time. I had a ton of stuff to do before places closed & I was lucky to have gotten them done & on top of adding that unnecessary task.
Retrain your people. I'll stick to Arvada when I have to go in store.

Brittany and Rachel at SalonCentric are the absolute best! They’re always ready to help with whatever I need and go out of their way to make sure I find what I’m looking for. The store is always clean, well-organized, and easy to shop—which makes a huge difference when you’re in a rush between clients.
