- ALAustin LeeOct 28, 20251.0Avoid Meili Spa at all costs. I booked an appointment and showed up on time — only to be told “you pay first” before the massage even started. No one mentioned that policy when I made the appointment. That’s misleading and unprofessional. Then they said there’s a mandatory $20 tip minimum, which is illegal in Colorado. Tips are supposed to be voluntary, not something you’re forced to pay. This violates Colorado labor and consumer-protection laws. Don’t be fooled by all the positive reviews — they seem fake or written by the owners, employees, or their friends to cover up how this place really operates. This business uses deceptive, unethical, and possibly unlawful practices. If you value honesty and respect, go somewhere else. Report them to DORA or the Colorado Department of Labor if you experience the same.

- JCJohn CarterJul 17, 20253.0Pay up front and service depends on what you pay for. The most disappointing part was the constant interruptions and leaving the door open each time. The AC wasn't working so I had to translate for the repairmen to get them working on it. Even my time was cut short and then she asked for the change as her tip. Another client was not willing to wait and kept insisting on being seen and she told him a time that would've cut into my 90mins so I just got dressed. I will come back and see if I can raise the review.
