  Loved my experience at 5 Star Salt Caves! From booking to actually having the service the entire process was extremely easy. My masseuse, Nina, was wonderful, friendly and did a great job! Would definitely recommend booking a massage or the sauna with red light!

  What an absolutely amazing experience! We booked the detox package for a bachelorette party, and 5 Star Salt Caves was absolutely exceptional when it came to communication, flexibility, and accommodation. The experience was unique (+ relaxing and fun), and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our bride was taken care of. Highly recommend you check them out, whether it's just for yourself or a group event!

  I did the ionic foot bath that was interesting. The 2 lady's that helped and educated me about it were super nice and caring. The staff up front was the total opposite. They weren't very inviting. No one asked if it was my first time there. One ladies that assisted in the footbath told me to go look around so I just saw one door that was open which was a sauna I think. I asked if i could see the salt cave and they told me just look at the picture on the wall due to a class was gonna start at 3pm. I was done with my footbath around 2 30pm.I expressed interest in their classes however you have to book a month+ out. Personally i don't know what I'm doing next month from now. So they encouraged me to book and then there is a 48 hour refund policy which is great however, if everyone is doing that then that makes since why all the classes are already booked a month+ out.... this place does have potential..maybe they were having a off day we are all human...I was just expecting a little more education and expressed interest from the staff

  The salt cave itself was very nice and relaxing but service was strange. The employee dressed entirely in black/black face mask acted very cold and watched me walk the wrong way multiple times without helping, only to correct me after the fact Considering it was my first time, I would have preferred being guided through the experience rather than corrected. Another woman brought me back to the cave who was friendlier but soon the woman cloked in all black creeped up behind me and just stood there hovering When I asked for the Wi-Fi password my phone was taken away from me as she just entered in the code which seemed rude, evasive and odd especially from someone so concerned about hygiene wearing a face mask Simply posting the wifi password somewhere in the business, such as the wall, placard etc... Would seem to be a better solution and courtesy for the guests I would not recommend this business as I felt lost, watched, and uncomfortable the entire time Response: Unfortunately, I have now reduced my initial 2 star rating to 1 star due to ridiculous response and false claim that I struggled with operating my own phone which is why my personal property was taken out of my hands to enter in the code... Lol! Also, I was aware of the employee in training AFTER I asked why I was being followed/ shadowed as communication certainly doesn't seem to be the businesse's strong point
