  Absolutely butchered my kids' hair. Absolute gong show. Destroyed my boys' beautiful curls. If you are unable to give the right cut, then be honest and just say it - save us all the time, money and frustration. Good Lord. Unreal. Whoever is running this account, looking for a refund and ideally covering the cost of a real barber to repair the damage.

  Let me start by saying all the ladies in here were very kind. With that said, I had two kids with me and was more concerned with keeping them occupied, I didn't realize how bad the cuts were until I got home! No straight lines anywhere to be found. No blending. Just a total choppy mess!! I could've done a better job if I had done it myself. Both of my kids sat very still, and were very good sports, they were even commenting on it, so I know it wasn't due to them fidgeting around. Maybe the stylist thought because they are kids she could do a terrible job, and no one would care??? I even showed her a picture beforehand but apparently she just did whatever she felt like, because my other sons hair is almost the exact opposite of the photo.. short on top, long in the back? And longer on the bottom? My littlest one who is 22 months looks just as bad. My husband is so unhappy with their cuts, he wants our money back.. and now I get to drive down the hill to try to get both of them fixed. Spend more money and time.

  The Stylists and Salon are Absolutely Perfect!! Shannon has always been so sweet and helpful and Saris is my Stylist and she is also extremely sweet and helpful. Everyone that I have ever seen working in the salon, are perfect and have always been a great pleasure to deal with. The only gripe Ive ever had how hard it is to get my haircut by the same person each visit. The online check-in system probably helps most of the public....but for me it has always been very difficult to organize a haircut by my preferred stylist. I fully realize that all employees have absolutely nothing to do with the online check-in system and Ive seen them have to apologize at times to customers who were frustrated with the system So, my praise could not be any higher for the salon and all of its employees. However, the Great Clips Corporate online system leaves a lot to be desired for people that want to be loyal and have their haircut by the same person each time. PS, I have no intentions of ever moving on from Great Clips Conifer. The employees all make my difficulties, well worth it!! Thank You All So Much!

  I had my hair cut by Shannon C today. She not only did a perfect job, she permitted my husband to sit and watch my transformation surface. She even gave me an envelope to mail my cut off remains to wigs for children. She's that amazing a soul and hair stylist skills are top notch. THANK YOU SHANNON C!
