She is thorough, kind and always does the same perfect repeat service. The rest of the team, except for the shop manager, is a pleasure to see every week as well. Get rid of her... families would come back more ofter. She is very unpleasant.

Came back less than 10mins later and they locked the doors. All 3 stylists could clearly see us standing outside, they hadn’t even reached their closing time yet. Instead of them coming to chat with us, they ignored us. 20 minutes later a customer walked out and we came in to ask what was going on- my son and husbands names still on the screen, and the woman just said sorry…we closed. There aren’t a whole lot of options up here in the mountains for an affordable haircut and we were really disappointed in their customer service. Won’t be coming back unfortunately.

She was short and just had an overall distaste of attitude towards us. When we came back for the boys cuts the two stylists who helped us were amazing! So beyond patient with wiggly toddlers and made it a fun welcoming experience.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
