  I hadn’t been able to find my usual product for 8 months, so I drove 30 minutes when this location showed it in stock—but they were sold out. Luckily Ganon came to my rescue…she was amazing! She helped me find a perfect alternative and swatched tons of shades to get the right match & texture, making sure I left the store with a new product I love. Everyone in the store was super welcoming and kind.

  Extremely disappointing experience. I received a product with issues, and Sephora refused to accept a return, refund, or exchange. Customer service was unhelpful and offered no solution. For a company this large, this level of rigidity and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I’ve lost trust in Sephora because of this.

  The place is Pricey. I gave it a 5 because it does what it sets out to do - provide upscale product in a really nice atmosphere with helpful, almost pandering staff - really well. It's just not a store for me.

  Danielle was so wonderful. She helped my mom and I find everything on our list & more. It’s this kind of customer service that makes me want to shop. She is a gem.
