- EMEmily Lajoie MortensonMar 17, 20261.0Older women (3/17/26 around 9-10am) shave was great until I took my hair back down may I mind you said hair is down to my butt it's over 14 inches long its pink the shaved portion is brown an I was pulling chunks of it out because she couldn't follow the line or not shave the pink portion it's been cut like this for 6yrs the line is pretty clean an clear or was at least. But she cut my long hair that touches my butt I understand some here an there but it was unacceptable amounts of hair! The line is completely uneven and after 2 months of no panic attacks she gave me one because to some people hairs actually important them an yea it grows back but it wasn't up to her to make that choice for me unacceptable.

She takes her time to ask questions more specifically like where to part my hair, makes sure my hair cut is even and especially takes extra time with long hair. Highly recommend Laurie no matter what type of haircut you want. You will definitely have a great experience.

Extremely uneven. chopped one side. big gaps. no blending. bangs longer than sides. back shorter on one side. there is no way this woman went to school to cut hair. never ever again. Wasted $30 on a cut i could have had my 15 year old grandson do a better job at. Absolutely horrible. went to someone to have them fix it and they said it is so botched its going to take a few months to get it evened out again if i dont want to cut it all short.

Online Check-In becomes available five minutes after the salon opens. We accept Online Check-Ins up to the point where the estimated wait time is as long as the salon will remain open, or 30 minutes before closing time at the latest.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
