We were not told that the minutes late would be deducted from the 50 minute massage which, by the time we were allotted to undress, our massages were about 20 minutes long for a grand total of $372.00! No communication was shared at our initial call about their policy which was truly disappointing. I left 20% gratuity for the massage therapist because it was not her fault. I blame management and the front desk for not being transparent when an initial call is placed when booking an appointment. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location. Our mistake was calling the Centennial location instead of the Littleton location, which is truly night and day! It is apparent that management has no knowledge of having customer service experience to not even prorate the visit.

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Requirements
We accept guests 12 years and up, however, some services may require parental release before the services can be rendered. So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment. We also have age appropriate treatments guidance so please ask or concierge team. We ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and Woodhouse Spa Gift Cards.Woodhouse gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and Woodhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit. There will be a $50.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit if the product was received within 30 days of purchase.

Woodhouse Spa of Southglenn is located off of Arapahoe and University at The Streets at Southglenn. We face University and are located next to Old Navy. We have a wonderful full parking lot right in front for your convenience.

We offer various spa services, such as facials, hydra facials, massages, body treatments, manicures and pedicures, and waxing. Gift cards and packages, such as digital detox, which include therapy combinations to help you relax and avoid distractions, are available.
Do you have any packages or promotions currently available?
We offer frequent promotions. Visit our website to view the most recent offer. Other offers include a unique VIP experience for private events. Our VIP room can comfortably accommodate eight people and has a maximum capacity of 10 guests.
Can I purchase a gift card or certificate?
There are a variety of gift card options. You can select a gift depending on your preferred amount, service, or package that you would like to include. You can do this online or in a spa.
What are your hours of operation?
Woodhouse Spa Streets at SouthGlenn is open from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Sunday through Thursday. On Fridays and Saturdays, the spa is open until 8:00 pm.

You can reserve a unique VIP experience for your private gatherings. Our VIP room can easily hold eight individuals and has a maximum capacity of ten guests.
How do you ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of your spa?
We have a cleaning company that cleans our spa five times a week. We also sanitize and clean throughout shifts daily.
Are there any health conditions preventing me from using certain spa services?
This is not a health issue it is a policy, but we do not schedule massages for first-trimester pregnancies; you must be in your second trimester.
What facials do you offer, and how do I know which suits my skin type?
Our facials include hydra facials, deep cleanses, anti-aging treatments, and more advanced treatments, depending on your needs and skin type. All our Esti’s are available to help you choose the right facial for your needs.
Can you accommodate sensitive skin or allergies?
Yes, we work hard to ensure that our products are safe for all guests.
What types of massages do you offer?
We offer signature massages, such as Calming Retreat and Deep Tissue Transformation, to release muscle tension. We also offer Body Balance, Tranquil Stone, Couple Retreat, and Maternity massage (Mothers -to-be need to be in second trimester).
Can I request a specific massage therapist?
Yes! When you book a massage appointment, you can freely select the type of massage you wish to avail, a specific male or female therapist, and your preferred date and time.
Do you offer both manicures and pedicures?
Yes, we offer both manicures and pedicures! Woodhouse has luxury foot and hand treats, classic manicures and pedicures, gel mani and pedi, and CBD-infused manicures and pedicures.
What types of nail services (e.g., gel, acrylic) do you provide?
We are an all-natural spa. We offer manicures and pedicures with different intentions, such as relaxation, skin nourishment, and reduction of inflammation. In Woodhouse, we offer gel manicures and pedicures for a long-lasting, natural-looking polish.
What waxing services do you offer?
We offer waxing for eyebrows, lips, chin, face, chest, back, upper and lower arms, full arms, underarms, bikini and extended bikini area, Brazilian, upper and lower legs, and full legs.
How should I prepare for my waxing appointment?
To get the optimum effects from waxing, your hair should grow at least 1/4 of an inch. Wait at least two hours before exposing yourself to the sun or heat treatments. We cannot perform waxing if you take medication for acne.
Is there any aftercare advice following a waxing treatment?
Make sure you wait at least twelve hours after waxing before exposing yourself to the sun again or to any heat treatments. Always remember to dress comfortably, and always remember to use any recommended post-wax lotions or creams.
