Extremely uneven. chopped one side. big gaps. no blending. bangs longer than sides. back shorter on one side. there is no way this woman went to school to cut hair. never ever again. Wasted $30 on a cut i could have had my 15 year old grandson do a better job at. Absolutely horrible. went to someone to have them fix it and they said it is so botched its going to take a few months to get it evened out again if i dont want to cut it all short.

I also asked for my bangs to be trimmed and she cut them worse than a five year old would. Also completely ruined the shape of them by hacking off the edges. I’ve never gotten a worse haircut in my life. The stylist would be much better off working at McDonald’s. She even had the audacity to scoff at me when I didn’t tip her. If you want to regret ever having the idea to get a hair cut then go here.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
