  I was a little nervous about microblading and shading having never done it before and Simran made the process so easy for me. She walked me through it, and showed me step by step how things were going so I could be part of the process. She did an amazing job! I love my eyebrows now!

  She did a wonderful job on a full facial thread, took her time even though there were other customers in line which is sometimes hard to find in an esthetician. 10/10 will be coming back

  Wonderful eyebrow service, I have not been disappointed ever with that service/their ability. However, I can not say the same for their waxing service. Without a doubt I can say I have never had a worse experience receiving a wax. The person who was servicing me did not know the proper way to pull the skin taut and away from hair growth. When I told her that it felt wrong she told me I had coarse thick hair and that was why it hurt so much- not true I’ve had many bikini waxes and they have never hurt like this. Additionally she reused waxing cloth strips that already had wax and hair on them which is unhygienic in my opinion. Furthermore, she took her gloves off half way through the appointment and waxed me bare handed. I will stop there but I am extremely disappointed with the way in which she conducted herself because I don’t believe she had any experience or business doing a wax. I do not wish to tarnish the business because I have had many good experiences, but I do want to warn people in case they go through any treatment remotely similar to mine.
