The people here are rude The hairdresser does not listen to the client, she does what she wants and she doesn't care, I explained to her how I want it. She ruined my entire hairdo. And the manager, instead of apologizing, started talking rudely and said that I should never come to them for a haircut again. I went to this salon for 3 years and never had any problems.

She did choose a slightly unique hairstyle and they were not sure what we were talking about at first saying we wanted a faux hawk but the other stylist helped clarify what I meant and the haircut was achieved flawlessly I would say. My daughter has been very happy and hopefully she will stop trying to cut her own hair haha. Thank you very much.
