- SQS Quereshi2 days ago3.03-4 stars. Would love to give it 5 stars, but cannot due to a few shortcomings. The services themselves are great. 5 stars for Hydrafacial and other services technique. Unfortunately, after 3 visits, I have never been able to enjoy the sauna, or other amenities due to the large group of college aged girls, or young wedding parties that the spa hosts on the weekend that just ruins the vibe (crowded locker room, and distracts the front desk staff from basic welcome services) and ability to peacefully access amenities. It might just be bad luck at my end but after 3 occurrences… I would recommend other locations. Again, the services themselves are great.

We were even able to squeeze in a Himalayan salt stone massage, which was incredible and made the experience feel extra indulgent. After unwinding at the spa, we walked over to Miya Moon just down the parking lot for dinner, and the whole night flowed perfectly. We ended up spending nearly five hours together, and it was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere, flexibility, and service made it so easy to turn a spontaneous plan into a memorable experience. Thank you, Woodhouse Broomfield, for making moments like this possible—it was exactly what we didn’t know we needed. ⸻ If you want it a little shorter or more “Google review punchy,” I can tighten it up too.

The place itself is very nice and comforting with a ton of accommodations but the massage itself that I got was terrible. We started 10 mins late and the woman I had seemed exhausted. She was breathing heavy almost the entire massage. I requested relaxation and she gave me deep tissue. I told her 2x during the massage that the pressure was too much. My arms were bruised the next day along with my upper back being in pain. Very very disappointed in the quality considered the massage itself was insanely overpriced.

One of the best massages I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot. She loosened up areas that I didn’t even know existed or were sore. So relaxing and it lasted the week! The spa itself is beautiful and well kept. The quiet relaxation room was big with snacks and water available. There were huge day beds separated with privacy curtains. The little touches of the hand washing ritual and the cute welcome note and chocolate in the locker was a nice touch, too. And mimosas, wine or tea are available while you relax before and after, so get there at least a half hour early and stay late to enjoy another beverage and the red light sauna. What a great experience! Can’t wait to come back.

Victoria is truly amazing—her technique was perfect, but she also went above and beyond by providing really helpful pointers for post-massage care to ensure the benefits lasted. What I love most about coming here is that you never feel rushed. It is the perfect place to decompress from whatever the week throws at you. Being able to just stay, relax, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere for as long as you want makes it a truly premium experience. If you’re looking to melt away the stress of the work week, I cannot recommend Victoria and The Woodhouse enough!

Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. The Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.

Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and The Woodhouse Spa Gift Cards. The Woodhouse Spa® gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and The Woodhouse Spa® is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit.
There will be a $50.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed.
Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
In keeping with The Woodhouse Vision, purity and quality are essential elements in our skin and body care products. In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
