Two days ago, I left a two-star review detailing an incident on Friday, April 3, 2026. When a cashier asked me to repeat my phone number to locate my account, I spoke more clearly — and she accused me of yelling and repeatedly called me rude. Neither she nor the manager on duty would provide her name, but corporate can verify the details by pulling the shift schedule for that date.
Salon Centric’s response to my review reframed the situation as though I was the one who needed to "resolve issues". This is not an isolated event, as other reviews across several stores report similar experiences — it reflects a broader culture of deflecting customer concerns rather than addressing them.
I’m asking for genuine accountability, not a scripted reply. If you want to improve your reputation, do better.

A strange experience with one employee — but maybe not so strange for Salon Centric.
I’ve been a loyal customer here for nine years — back when Sharon worked here, I’d actually plan my trips around her schedule. Under the previous ownership, I never had a single issue with the staff. That consistency was the whole reason I kept coming back; no surprises. Things shifted when Salon Centric took over, and what happened recently is a good example of why.
When the employee asked me to repeat my phone number, I simply spoke a little more clearly. She told me not to yell at her. I wasn’t yelling — I was just making sure she could hear me. She said I was being rude and that she wouldn’t be spoken to that way.
I cancelled the transaction and asked for her name so I could follow up properly. She declined. I walked to the back and found the manager, who I’ve always liked and who genuinely listened and said she would follow up. But she also wouldn’t give me the employee’s name — which I found to be odd. If I were to call corporate, I could just name the shift and the day to identify this girl but the lack of accountability was actually even more disappointing
The selection has grown, which is genuinely nice. But looking at reviews across other Salon Centric locations in Denver, this kind of interaction comes up repeatedly. The previous ownership got it right for years. Something about the way Salon Centric operates — whether it’s hiring, training, or compensation — is producing bad customer experiences, and it shows. When you’re in the business of personal service, that’s not a small problem.
I’m not sure I’ll be back after nine years. That’s not something I say lightly.

Ok, I’m finally over it. When they first took over, it took them a year to get Ben get my account set up…I was extremely cool about it, but Ben though so lost a TON AOF REWARDS. I let it go. Didn’t really have a choice and they offered me NOTHING. It’s only gotten worse and I have never complained until now. I’m literally sitting outside during business hours AGAIN and their doors are locked again. No clue what’s going on with the staffing at this location. They hissed time “out to lunch” The last few times they were closed during business hours due to staffing shortages.
I’m trying to pick up an order. It’s 1:30 and no one is here.
