I went in rather stressed and just needing a place to relax and be. Amy’s hands were full when I arrived at the front desk, but she so kindly welcomed me with a warm smile above all else she was doing, ensuring I felt seen and taken care of.
Kelly was so friendly, yet let me rest in silence also—and did such a great job with the massage and dry-brushing. Afterward, I sipped my wine and took a little nap in the relaxation room. I left feeling on cloud nine. If you haven’t come here, you should. You won’t be disappointed!

I was in from out of town and just wanted something relaxing to do from all the hiking I have been doing. The service was really amazing. Robes were comfortable. My massage therapist was Karen and she did really well. I received the hot stone massage. It was relaxing, comfortable, and felt really wonderful. She was welcoming, warm, and soft spoken. The front desk staff were nice as well.

Got a couple's massage to celebrate our anniversary and we both had an amazing time! Morgan and Remy both gave fantastic massages (and advice about a knot in my back). The staff was very accommodating and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable as someone who is nonbinary! We're thinking this should become an anniversary tradition!!

I had a deep tissue message by Ian Katz. Let me tell you he did not disappoint. He was professional and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. He explained everything prior to doing it and gave me after care instructions. I would definitely book with him and Woodhouse Spa Boulder.
Upon arrival I was greeted by the staff and offered a beverage. Wine , Tea or water. The facility was clean and not cluttered. They offer shower service, Robe and Sandals. The room was clean and smelled amazing. Book Book Book!

I was really looking forward to my therapeutic/sleep massage after the end-of-school-year chaos (I’m a high school teacher) and was hoping for a relaxing, immersive experience to help with stress and sleep. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations.
At best, the massage felt more like a light rub than a therapeutic body massage, with minimal use of the essential oils/aromatherapy that were advertised as part of the experience. I was expecting to feel immersed in both the massage and aromas, but instead the most noticeable scent throughout the appointment was cigarette smoke.
My massage therapist was kind and friendly, but the odor of smoke was unavoidable and honestly defined much of the experience for me. I felt like I continued smelling it afterwards and had to shower...
I was also disappointed that a 50-minute massage booked at $170 ended about 4 minutes early according to the clock in the room, especially since the session itself had started a few minutes late.
I did try reaching out to the spa directly before posting publicly and waited a day for a response, but never heard back. I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but for the price point and advertised experience, this was very disappointing.

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Apple Pay.
To book a couples massage, please call the spa to ensure your massage is booked in our duet room.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Failure to arrive or notify the need to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services plus 20% gratuity. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Requirements
We accept guests ages 16 and older, however, some services may require parental release before the services can be rendered. So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa.
Expecting Mother's booking a Massage we request you be in your second trimester for safety of you and your baby.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards, and Woodhouse Spa Gift Cards. Woodhouse gift card contains a value that may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift Cards must be presented at the time of check, and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. WE DO NOT ACCEPT SPA FINDER GIFT CARDS. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable, and Woodhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable but can be converted to spa credit. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the guest's discretion. 20% is the industry standard for gratuity; anything less than that will be considered dissatisfactory.
Spa Products and Returns
In the event you are not satisfied with any retail product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase.. Gift cards and packages cannot be refunded.
