  My daughet had her ears peirced on 9/15 for $224. The earrings were $116. The day of peircing everything was great. A few weeks later we had a little problem with her left earring. The back randomly fell off - we called Rowan and they told us to come in and they replaced the back. In December my daughter changed her earrings once to Christmas ones. Late January (just over 3 months after the piercing) her left earring broke. She said she was just sitting in class. The front sparkly butterfly fell off the post. I called Rowan and they told me the earrings are only under warrenty for 30 days. I would expect $119 earrings to last more than 3 months! I am very dissapointed in the quality of the expensive earrings.

  Great experience! Easy online booking. Beth did our piercings and she was patient as we decided what stud and location for the new piercing. The small shop is so cute too! And they give you a goody bag with instructions on how to take care of everything afterwards. Highly recommend!

  It’s all about the people that make the experience wherever I go! Mandi greeted me as soon as my daughter and I walked in the door and then helped me decide which earrings to choose as I was stuck between 2 pairs and she made a recommendation based on my daughters age that would be the most practical for her. She suggested I be really picky about placement on my daughter’s ear lobes and was willing to re-mark them as many times as I wanted her to, to make sure they were perfect! The experience was really special, it feels totally magical for small children and really caters to them and making sure they’re comfortable and happy as well! The day after the healing is going swimmingly, but my daughter dumped out the aftercare bottle and Mandi didn’t give me any issues or make me purchase more she asked how my daughter was doing and very kindly replaced my aftercare bottle. I forget the other nurses name who was with her yesterday (and please forgive me, I am so sorry!!) but she was just as kind and patient as well!!!! Love this place and will be back for any ear piercings in the future!! 🦄✨💖

  Both my girls (9 and 12) got their ears pierced by Natalie, and we had an amazing experience. Natalie is very thorough, knowledgeable, kind and funny, and took her time explaining us all the different options in regards to piercing and earrings. Highly recommend!!!!

  Getting my daughter’s ears pierced at Rowan was way better than I expected! Mandi was our piercer & she made the whole process so smooth & easy! The device they use to pierce little one’s ears really gives you a peace of mind. My daughter cried for only a minute afterwards & I think it was more the initial scare than the actual piercing itself. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, hygienic & welcoming environment to pierce their babies ears!
