- APapril pulidoNov 28, 20251.0Just got a hair cut here on a whim while waiting for my car to get out the shop. After getting home and checking on it I'm pretty disappointed. First off, the stylist that should of been next to cut my hair disappeared and came back after a different stylist sat me down. The stylist I ended up getting a hair cut with was friendly but she cut my hair unevenly. My right side is shorter and the bangs are cut way back and short. They also dont blend well with the rest of the layers. I noticed while she was cutting she didn't cut off in a smooth line and would leave strands sticking out while letting it fall back to the rest of the hair too. Edit: After emailing to complain I was offered an adjustment to fix it by the managers. But I haven't gone back due to the fact that my bangs are already shorter than I wanted them and cut so far back. Also that this shop is super out of the way for me. I just don't think my hair can be fixed without growing out first 🤷♀️ I don't usually go leave bad reviews. You can click on my posts to see how rarely I even review, much less negatively. But this really upset me considering it's during holiday season.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
