  Very dissapointed in my spa experience...especially at a Westin. I was promised a male massage therapist and got a female who left me feeling worse than when I arrived. Also, the check in process was poor, as I was not shown how to use the lockers or the steam. The massage therapist did not ask about areas of focus and when I checked out, there were no questions asked about the quality of the massage; rather, the hostess just asked if I'd was okay with a 22% tip. WOULD NOT recommend this spa as I do not feel that I was treated professionally.

  Incredibly overpriced and hands down the worst spa experience I’ve ever had. My masseuse was late, unfriendly, smelled bad, and gave me only 80 minutes of a 100-minute massage. The pressure was so light it felt like oil was just being rubbed on me, and I was even scratched by his nails. It was not a normal massage experience and he seemed to lack the necessary basic skills. Overall customer service was bad. Unlike other guests, I wasn’t offered use of the other available amenities, equivalent customer service or any time to relax after my massage—just rushed out the door. It was like I was an afterthought or forgotten appointment they were trying to “make do” and had other guests that were more important. Absolutely not worth it.

  This place is amazing! I've been here a couple times and I truly hope I can visit whenever I'm in Colorado. On my first visit, I got a facial and it was amazing. As a dude I never quite got the appeal in paying that much money to "wash my face", but understood the value of it immediately after. The second visit was for a massage and it was exquisite. Incredibly relaxing and was customized perfectly by massage therapist (I wish I could remember her name!). On top of all of this, the facilities are amazing and include all of the amenities you could hope for. An amazing sauna and steam room. If you needed any more of a reason to go, including access to the gym and pool really pushes this place above and beyond. The cost is expensive, sure. But when you include the fact that you can spend hours at the amazing hotel pool and use the gym. This becomes an amazing value, and a great way to spend time and relax in Avon. The view is great as well!

  I just had an EXCELLENT experience with Yoskay! I booked an 80-minute deep tissue and arrived about 30 minutes early to enjoy the amenities. The ambiance is peaceful and warm, and the locker area and sitting area have just about everything you could want - the reclining chairs and rainfall showers are such nice touches! Yoskay is a master at massage, he was very attentive and had the ideal “chill” vibe I was seeking. The pressure was perfect. I regularly get deep tissue massages and this was one of the best, by far. Thank you, Yoskay and Spa Anjali! The second that we are back in Colorado, I will book this luxurious treatment again!
