  It was too cold to ski one day this week so I scheduled a Pilates class at this facility. $50 class plus $35 day pass which I wasn’t told about beforehand. Class was so great that I scheduled another one later in the week and used their facilities this time: the locker rooms, hot tubs, and showers were excellent. I also got a hair shampoo and blow out before leaving. It was well done and styled very well.

  Three of us a spa experience over skiing and what a great choice. We all had the Matterhorn foot massage. Excellent. I had the red clover body scrub and massage! Amazing. My son and daughter in law did the magnesium melt scrub and massage. All our staff were excellent ! The valet parking is free with the use of the spa. This spa gets much better ratings than the Hyatt at the base of the Beaver creek ski resort and it’s super close and easy to get to. Loved it. Will go back

  Very dissapointed in my spa experience...especially at a Westin. I was promised a male massage therapist and got a female who left me feeling worse than when I arrived. Also, the check in process was poor, as I was not shown how to use the lockers or the steam. The massage therapist did not ask about areas of focus and when I checked out, there were no questions asked about the quality of the massage; rather, the hostess just asked if I'd was okay with a 22% tip. WOULD NOT recommend this spa as I do not feel that I was treated professionally.

  Incredibly overpriced and hands down the worst spa experience I’ve ever had. My masseuse was late, unfriendly, smelled bad, and gave me only 80 minutes of a 100-minute massage. The pressure was so light it felt like oil was just being rubbed on me, and I was even scratched by his nails. It was not a normal massage experience and he seemed to lack the necessary basic skills. Overall customer service was bad. Unlike other guests, I wasn’t offered use of the other available amenities, equivalent customer service or any time to relax after my massage—just rushed out the door. It was like I was an afterthought or forgotten appointment they were trying to “make do” and had other guests that were more important. Absolutely not worth it.

  The spa is beautiful. I do have some cautions for people who value quiet. The spa facilities are built around the locker room. When you are in the sauna you can hear the toilets flush and when you are in the steam and sauna you can hear people talking in the locker room. Although there are signs asking people to keep conversation to a minimum, people talk loud in the locker room and I found it disturbing. Even the employees walk around giving tours in regular voice. Overall, I won't be back. My massage was just okay. This is really a warning for people who are sensitive to noise and want their spa experience to be luxuriously quiet. This isn't the place for you.
