  Debating on leaving this or letting go. Usually come here for a quick hair cut. Came in on Tuesday checked in got in right away with a younger newer Latina. Ok fine she works there she must know what shes doing. We start, her long nails seems to hinder the process she parts my hair from ear to ear and cuts and does again. Weird to me but ok keep going havent had it like this before. Then she gets to the top pulls the hair up above my head and cuts the hair onto my head im like oh no no all that hair is going to sit on top of my head while she continues? So I ask her not to do ot that way to do what the other ladies do part it in sections from top to bottom and pull it out wards at an angle she said we'll everybody cuts hair differently. I get that but now it's taking linger than usual and I see other ppl running other people in and out of their chairs behind me!! She tries to do the sides and barley cuts any off. She thinks she layer the back but says she needs to do it again because it looks bulky like stairs. At this point ive been sitting here too long and ready to go! She said i dont wnat u to come back and have her fix ur hair ( the lady ive come to beofre) I just want you to love your hair cut. So I let her proceed. Im now 30 minutes plus I believe into my hair cut im done. she has me look at the back the back is somewhat layed and the sides are just long i said its fine for now! Meaning ill just wait for it to grow back out and get it situated. I get people are new and cut/learn differently but how different cutting long hair with some layers I thought all would be uniformed. I scurried out of there because of how long it took i have other things to get done and just paid I did tip because I felt bad. But this just kept bothering me. Thanks

  Never again, I went in and told the lady that was cutting my hair that I had a traumatic experience when another salon ruined my hair and have been growing it out for the last year and a half. I asked if she could help give me layers because I like to blow out my hair. She proceeded to tell me yes then took the top part of my hair and chopped it off to ear length mind you my hair was down to my lower back. The left side is ear length and the right side is chin length. She offered me 6 days to come back and fix anything I didn’t like but I’d rather take the time to grow it back out. Now I have to style it a certain way everyday because of how chopped it is.
