I left feeling cute even without it styled and have been so in love with it since getting to style it exactly how I like at home.
- EOEmily OlsonFeb 27, 20265.0I will not be adding a video lol, but that's part of the reason I went to this store! A friend of a friend, who does hair offered to do mine and IT WENT horribly! Most of my hair broke off, the color didn't take in ANY workable way! And so I came in on a prayer, that there was a hairdresser who could salvage what was left! Inside, I was SOOOO self conscious about what happened but told myself I'm going to stay positive. The lady who tried to make something out of a horrible situation was BEYOND positive and professional, every time I thought I felt tears coming up she would keep it light and move my thoughts away from that place. The other 2 Lady's that were there helped keep the environment and the mood upbeat. For one of my WORST and highly embarrassing moments, I felt reassured, not in any way made fun of, and when I thought I'm just going to have to wait this out while my hair grows back, the stylist did the best she could with what I came in with! Can't say thank you enough! I absolutely recommend them! Thank you to all 3 that were there that day, as you were wonderful people!!!

- JBJavier BarraganDec 6, 20251.0I went to go get my hair cut today and right from the get go i knew that it wasn't going to be as good an experience as the last time I went to this location. Firstly the amazing gurl who did my hair last time wasn't in and then secondly the woman that did my hair was way too rough with my hair and I am in no way tender headed she was also rude and from the result of my hair cut had no idea what a two block cut was. Add on to that after getting my own hair cut my sister was waiting for her turn at the top of the list and checked in and was ignored twice once for a walk in where one of the stylists looked right a her and said there was no one in line and took the walk and then a second time by two people further down on The check-in list.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
