I provided a reference photo to ensure clarity regarding the look I wanted. Despite arriving on time, we did not begin the appointment until approximately 15 minutes later. The artist assisting me was polite; however, the final result was nowhere close to the look I requested. Because the appointment started late, it extended past the allotted hour. During this time, another associate repeatedly asked my artist how much longer she would need, creating additional pressure. As my artist had another appointment immediately afterward, there was no time for corrections or a redo. Ultimately, I went home, removed the makeup, and redid it myself. The service did not meet expectations, and I will not book this type of appointment again. Unfortunately, I paid $60 for a result that did not resemble what I requested.

The one staff member that helped me find a moisturizer + setting spray to work with my usual products gave me an in depth review of the best ones for me, she found some that really worked for my specific needs! Everyone I interacted with was very sweet and really built me up. Remember everyone, if you’re kind to staff members, they’re happy to be kind and helpful right back!

It was expired product from June 2025. It's now September. I asked the customer service person if they had any in the back that were not expired and they didn't. The problem is, the customer service person put the expired sunscreen back on the shelf to be sold!!!!!!! It really was upsetting as someone may buy it and regret it when they get a sunburn.
