    I will not ever shop at this store again. It’s sad enough being black and how some of us are treated but I can definitely put this store in that category. Don’t have a purse with you at all, and they allow the customers (a different race) (Europeans) to talk to other customers and profile them, as if I don’t get enough of that. I know if I returned the same energy it wouldn’t have went well. But thank you for letting me see how ignorant you all could be. In all aspects, customer service =F, greeting =F, attitude =F, friendly =F, a complete whole of staff and store =F.

    The ladies at the store were super knowledgeable. I have been using the same shampoo for years and it was discontinued. The two lovely employees helped me find an alternative that was much more expensive but apparently really, really good. They talked me into it and it turned out to be on sale drastically! Yay salon centric!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
