  I just had my first appointment here with Nahid for a haircut, and I will definitely be coming back for my next cut. Nahid was welcoming and attentive and made good suggestions, and I ended up with a result I am very happy with!

  I’ve been to Paisley Salon and Spa a few times before and they have always provided such exceptional service. But this was the fist time I ever had my hair dyed here and Lana did such a fabulous job!! I will ask for her each time. She has such a lovely spirit and a keen eye for detail. Follow her advice, she knows what she’s doing. I was originally going to dye all my hair pink, but she advised me to highlight my hair instead. I went with two colors, and it looks amazing. I’m so glad that I listened to her, and you will be too!!

  I came in on a whim after my hairdresser wasnt able to make my appointment this morning. I Booked a quick bang trim with Nahid and was just happy to be able to get in same day for at least that . After telling her about my upcoming birthday trip and being sad I wasnt going to get my balayage, she squeezed me in ! She matched the picture I brought with me perfectly. My hair is gorgeous ! Im absolutely in love with it and have made a new hairdresser! Thanks so much 🙏

  The haircut was efficient and wonderful! It’s such a warm and comfortable environment with great haircut experience. Nahid took wonderful care pampering me. I will definitely be back! Go in for a quick trim or the whole experience.

  I had a very upsetting experience with my haircut and hair color service. During the haircut, Nahid handled my hair very roughly, which made the entire process uncomfortable. The blow-drying was done with excessive heat to the point that my scalp felt burnt. This should never happen during a professional service. After the hair color application, my forehead and ears were left heavily stained with color, and the marks remained for 3–4 days. When I raised this concern, I was casually told that it would go away in one wash — which was not true. Basic care such as protecting the skin and cleaning stains properly was clearly neglected. What was even more disappointing was what happened after I posted my review. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, I received a call where I was asked in a commanding manner to remove my comment, with the justification that she did what I asked for. To be clear, I asked for a proper haircut and hair color — not stains on my face or a burnt scalp. The rough handling, lack of care, and the way my feedback was dismissed and later pressured to be removed felt highly unprofessional. Customers should be able to share honest experiences without being pressured to take them down.
