  I had a very upsetting experience with my haircut and hair color service. During the haircut, Nahid handled my hair very roughly, which made the entire process uncomfortable. The blow-drying was done with excessive heat to the point that my scalp felt burnt. This should never happen during a professional service. After the hair color application, my forehead and ears were left heavily stained with color, and the marks remained for 3–4 days. When I raised this concern, I was casually told that it would go away in one wash — which was not true. Basic care such as protecting the skin and cleaning stains properly was clearly neglected. What was even more disappointing was what happened after I posted my review. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, I received a call where I was asked in a commanding manner to remove my comment, with the justification that she did what I asked for. To be clear, I asked for a proper haircut and hair color — not stains on my face or a burnt scalp. The rough handling, lack of care, and the way my feedback was dismissed and later pressured to be removed felt highly unprofessional. Customers should be able to share honest experiences without being pressured to take them down.

  I recently got hair and color done by Nakid and I was absolutely blown away!!! The color came out amazing, the cut was perfect! I have exteremly thick curly hair and she knew exactly what to do with it! She is super kind and welcoming, it's a perfect salon to find after moving back to Colorado! Thank you, again!

  Paisley Salon is fantastic! Nahid recently cut my hair, and I couldn’t be happier — she truly listens and delivers exactly what you ask for. I’ve also had services done by Tara and Lana before, and they’re both incredible as well. The entire team is so friendly and the atmosphere is amazing. I always leave feeling great!

  What an amazing experience today at Paisley Salon & Spa. Definitely deserves more than 5 stars! It has been almost impossible to find a stylist to cut my hair right until I met Nahid. I haven’t cut my hair in 6 months and Nahid transformed my hair today. I am so grateful to find this Salon. Thank you so much for the perfect haircut!

  Nahid does great hair but salon needs better care. I rarely visit the salon for a cut or color so when I do I like to feel pampered and have a nice overall experience. Appointment was in the morning, roughly an hour after opening and yet the salon was very filthy. Not in the condition I would expect for a 75.00 (plus tip) haircut. Mirrors, floors, and furniture had lots of hair, mats still had salt stains which leads me to believe the place wasn't mopped since the last snow which was almost a week prior (no snow on the ground currently), furniture in poor condition. Atmosphere doesn't warrant the rising cost of a cut. I can easily get a good $45 cut in southlands in a beautifully clean salon.
