She listened to my vague descriptions of what I wanted (brighter blonde and chopped haircut) and created the perfect look for me! Also, I’ve never had a stylist discuss my scalp health and be curious about my at-home haircare routine. It was nice to learn about what she saw regarding my scalp health and how I could slightly modify what I was doing at home to encourage a healthier scalp and longer lasting hair color! 10/10 recommend!!

If I sit with someone new, they've always called ahead of time to get a better idea of what I'm looking for. More than once I've relied on a JCP stylist's recommendation when I wanted a big change or needed a specific result like adding volume through a cut or picking the right product to add shine but not weigh down my hair. It's also really convenient to have a Sephora a few steps away when you make a color change and need new brow pencils/gel to complete the look.
