- DCDanny ConnerFeb 20, 20262.0I have been coming to this store for almost 2 decades now. After today I dont think I will return. My usual Haircut which I have been getting cut the same way for over a decade was not what I got today. Yvonne decided to only do a buzz cut no spray until the very end and no trimming, usually I come in with about 7 inches of hair I ask for a Number 8 on top and a 5 in the back rounded in the back and no sideburns today what I didn't get was any attempt at lining up my hair or trimming it with the clippers and a comb. I had to do the final lineup myself when I got home because I still had very long strands of hair on my bangs. One lady was very rude as I walked in she gave me the dirtiest of looks and then when she finished with the customer she was with she cleaned her station and went to sit in the back. Yvonne cut my hair today, she really only turned on a smile about halfway through buzzing my hair and then she got really happy when it came time for the payment/tip. After the visit I had today 2/20/2026 and my previous visit about 6 months ago I will be considering seeking services from another place.

Tracy was very kind and professional. It did not seem fair to me at I decided to leave this review so that management would know how unfair a situation this was.
