They are kind and flexible at the front desk, all the providers are knowledgeable and thoughtful about treatment, and they have incredible products on shelf in the spa. All that plus the subscription that saves money on services makes this my favorite spot for wellness and treating myself in the valley. (worth saying it would still be my favorite without the subscription savings as well, but that's a great perk) Highly recommend.
