    The service here was great - there was almost no queue to get checked in, prices were reasonable (especially with coupon), and my stylist was quick, professional, and did an excellent job! Will definitely be back for future haircuts.

    Alyssa has cut my hair several times and has always done a great job. I always get compliments after she cuts it. The only reason I give 4 starts is because I can't rate this location since I haven't been there yet, but she is 5 stars all the way!

    I stopped in after seeing multiple signs around town and even one on the front of the building advertising $5 haircuts through the end of October. When I arrived, there was a new sign saying the promotion was no longer valid. No explanation, no notice, just taken down mid-promo. I understand if a business needs to end a deal early, but customers deserve clear communication — especially when you’re still displaying the old signs. It felt misleading and left a bad impression. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

    Only giving one star because I can’t give zero! I’ve been seeing lots of signs advertising $5 haircuts through the end of October, even a big red sign posted on the front of building. Finally had time to stop by first a quick cut today and as I walked up to the door I saw a sign saying no more $5 haircuts!!! What’s up with that? You can now find me getting all my haircuts across the street at Supercuts, and my hair grows fast! Great clips lost a very valuable customer here. Almost all of my friends have hair too, would’ve brought in a lot of money in referrals, but I think that money is best spent at Supercuts

    I was excited to see the $5 promo haircut advertised on the big red banner outside the store. However, when I showed up — literally walking under the $5 haircut sign — I found a small sheet of printer paper on the door saying they were no longer honoring the promotion and that haircuts were full price. Pretty disappointing and a waste of time. If the deal is over, they should really take down the banner to avoid misleading people.
