She went in asking for a specific haircut (pictures of all sides of what she wanted, nothing crazy), instead she comes home with an effed up shorter version of her last cut. There's no fixing it as it's already as short as a pixie. Why use notes from a previous cut if the current request is quite different? Always hit or miss with this place but this time was by far the worst, ever. Been going here for 10 years out of convenience. Never again.
