- WWwtfbernMar 30, 20265.0Walked into Sephora to save the drive to Roseville and Denise was on shift. She was extremely kind and VERY knowledgeable of the items I was interested in. She also gave me pointers and advice on skin prep. I have never encountered anyone else at Sephora to be as kind and welcoming. It was very refreshing having someone with experience and information on what would work best for my skin! Thank you Denise!! Hope to see her again soon.

She did not recommend any items but just said she couldn’t provide samples on some items. The way she talked to other customers was very rude and not helpful.

- KSKelly SinghApr 17, 20245.0I went in last week to get help matching a foundation as well as to buy my first expensive bottle of foundation. I still use Loreal over the counter Walmart stuff. I was helped by Destiny; she was the only sale associate there at the time. Destiny very pleasant and knowledgeable, very good at what she does, excellent with makeup and suggestions. She totally took her time with me, but still able to assist every customer in the store. The store did not have the product that I wished to purchase so Destiny helped me order it on the app., I know that is what they are supposed to do to make a sale, I just feel as if Destiny went above and beyond to help me in every way possible. i will definitely go back just because of the customer care. thank you kelly
