BELLA the hairdresser talked her through the whole thing making sure that it was everything that she wanted. My kid left with the biggest smile on her face. She was able to get the exact style she wanted while keeping the length she worked so hard to grow out. BELLA is absolutely amazing, has patience and skill. You will not regret booking with her.

Then she commented on how my hair falls out a lot, which I find unnecessary and rude. She didn’t listen to me, did what she wanted, and I was charged $50 for 10 minutes of rushed service. It’s ridiculous. I wanted my dead ends cut off, and some layers, not 4 whole inches off my hair! Now I have zero idea how long it’s going to take to grow back. It looked fine straightened, but I have wavy hair, so it looks even shorter. Never coming back
