- DMDarlene MoonSep 6, 20221.0My experience was horrible. It was 90 degrees in there due to a broken AC.I showed a picture of what I wanted, brown with golden blond highlights. I ended up listening to her advice to not do the brown as she said my natural color was dark enough to make beautiful contrast. She was taking haircuts in-between dying my hair so it took almost 5 hours! She over proceesed one half of my head even after my many attempts to tell her that my hair processes fast. It took 3 different toners to try and even out my hair. It is now ash blond with no brown. I was charged $210 as they charged me for all the toner needed to fix their mistake. The back right side of my hair is fried and constantly tangly. I should have refused to pay but was so overheated I don't think I was thinking straight. So disappointing 😞 Never going there again!

Cheri is AMAZING, always does my hair exactly how I tell her. She leaves my hair looking beautiful & healthy, ALWAYS. Definitely recommend JCP, Cheri is awesome.

She always knows the right combination of color and highlights to make my hair look beautiful. I have never been happier with Cheri. I would never go to anyone else. I trust her her with everything that she does. She always tells me what would be best as far as color and highlights then asks if that is okay with me. She is pleasant and always makes sure I’m happy with the results.
