  I had a mistake done and they said they would give me a refund and take me back to fix it and then just pay that. I went got it "fixed" and payed but they never refunded me the original first hair coloring.

  I went in for a consultation to do a strand test because I had previous brown box dye coloring and some treatments. We let the bleach sit for 20 minutes and it got pretty light and in my pictures you could tell that it is blonde. So I scheduled an appointment to go back for a few face framing highlights. The lady who was doing my hair that day was different from the lady did my strand test. She was so lovely very nice and answered any questions I had but I did not leave with the color result I wanted. They had told me it wouldn’t be too light because of my hairs history but it was orange and not the color of the lighter strand test. Also she did a toner but at the time I was not aware that a toner doesn’t deposit color it tones already yellowish lighter hair. My hair was a brassy orange so it did nothing but I had to pay extra. The ladies are wonderful I think it was just a lack of communication on both ends.

  I have long white, silver, grey, and every dark shade possible in back hair. It's baby fine like spiderwebs when dry, but soft straight and shiny the rest of the time. I am allergic to so many fragrances, it's extremely hard for me to "go" places and get my hair cut, and due to the virus, and my compromised lungs, I've needed this FOREVER! Carla was great. I probably should have gone another inch shorter, but my hair shrinks up a little when dry, and I don't look good in short hair. LOL This was cut 10 days ago, it's a bit "bedhead" without glasses, but I still love it.
