- LALiza AldereteSep 30, 20221.0I asked for a hair cut and color. Was quoted 95 on the phone. Got to the salon and they said it will be over 200. They did even color my hair like I schedule and Nora was very unpleasant.
- MSMickayla SouthardMay 4, 20191.0Stylist insisted I should get layers. Three times (including when I walked in and said what kind of cut I want and declared ‘no layers’) she insisted I’ll need them with my cut. Twice I declined and the third time I yielded. After I got home and was able to see my hair dry naturally, I realized she cut them WAY too short. There’s a solid two inches between the bottom half of my hair and the top half. I think she was so insistent because she messed something up and wanted to hide it. I will never be going back here. Rule of thumb: don’t let a stylist bully you into getting something you KNEW wouldn’t work.
