  This was my first time visiting this location and it was clean, plus the parking was easy and free. When we first came in Rae greeted us with such a nice energy and she was very kind and helped us get checked in. She also handled the mini flood of people that came in all at once like a boss. She greeted everyone and made sure they were all taken care of as quickly as possible while not making anyone feel rushed. It was awesome to see. My masseuse, Sultan, also greeted me with a nice energy and listened to my needs very kindly. He made me feel comfortable from start to finish, and he has such an incredible massage style. He put the perfect pressure throughout and I walked out standing taller. He was awesome!

  The spa was calm, as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Rae with a soothing welcoming manner. My masseuse, also Rae, was fantastic. They worked out all the stiffness from my neck and back. I walked out taller and with better posture. So worth it!

  Raul it simply the hands-down best I’ve been following him since he worked at Burke. Confident hand strikes, Intuitively just enough pressure, I almost fell asleep it was that good

  The massage itself was excellent — very skilled, great pressure, and one of the better treatments I’ve had. However, the therapist was sniffling frequently throughout the session. In such a close-contact setting, this made it difficult to fully relax and raised hygiene concerns. I also felt unwell the following day, which may be coincidental, but given the circumstances I felt it was worth mentioning. With better attention to client wellness and ensuring therapists are fit to work, this could easily be a 5-star experience.

  Had a very disappointing experience. I booked an 80 min massage with a $20 add on for deep tissue for two areas. I have migraines and a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, the two areas that I really needed deep tissue massage (I had also just worked a week long event, many 14-hour days on my feet). When I arrived the person who checked me in repeated my services back to me - deep tissue, 80 min - which I appreciated. But then it seemed my masseuse had not been given the information. When I mentioned to her that I had paid for deep tissue to my neck and shoulders, she didn't really reply to that, which worried me that maybe she didn't get the notes of what services I asked for, and my shoulders and neck were definitely not given the deep tissue treatment. Then, she stops 15 min before my 80 min were up. My shoulders were hard as rocks and I didn't get what I paid for. The staff were super nice about it and immediately gave me a discount and refunded the cost of the deep tissue, but I have no idea what happened to cause this issue. I took the money that was refunded me and went to a Thai massage spa where they do a full hour of deep tissue, and not just two areas on the body. I should have gone there the first time. I will not be returning but I'm sure Now is a great fit for others, but I need full body deep tissue, as well as getting exactly what I ordered.
