- MSMiss Shalae4 days ago2.0This is my second time going and truly I wouldn’t have come back because the guy who massaged me was mid at best but they locked me into a $130 membership in the beginning so I wanted to get me credit being that it takes 30days to cancel so they are sure to get as much money out of you as possible. With that being said I went the second time and the message was great but the woman at the front was very condescending and nice/nasty. Honestly can’t wait till it’s cancelled.

She forgot to “massage” a body part (rubbed one hand but forgot the other). When I was asked to turn over, nothing was placed under my head. Eventually I had to ask for something under my neck or head for support and she grabbed a pillow. Last, I was freezing the whole massage and she used really cold oil. When I was done and getting dressed, I noticed heating pad cord under the massage table. She never turned on the heating pad! If I had known there was one then I would have asked for it to be on. But a $170 80 minute massage, I should have been offered or it have been on automatically.
