  Had a very disappointing experience. I booked an 80 min massage with a $20 add on for deep tissue for two areas. I have migraines and a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, the two areas that I really needed deep tissue massage (I had also just worked a week long event, many 14-hour days on my feet). When I arrived the person who checked me in repeated my services back to me - deep tissue, 80 min - which I appreciated. But then it seemed my masseuse had not been given the information. When I mentioned to her that I had paid for deep tissue to my neck and shoulders, she didn't really reply to that, which worried me that maybe she didn't get the notes of what services I asked for, and my shoulders and neck were definitely not given the deep tissue treatment. Then, she stops 15 min before my 80 min were up. My shoulders were hard as rocks and I didn't get what I paid for. The staff were super nice about it and immediately gave me a discount and refunded the cost of the deep tissue, but I have no idea what happened to cause this issue. I took the money that was refunded me and went to a Thai massage spa where they do a full hour of deep tissue, and not just two areas on the body. I should have gone there the first time. I will not be returning but I'm sure Now is a great fit for others, but I need full body deep tissue, as well as getting exactly what I ordered.

  I’ve had dozens upon dozens of massage and Sheila is definitely one the best massage therapist I’ve ever had! She is consistent in her work, really skilled, and you can tell she loves what she does. I go to her once a month but I really wish I could go every week.

  Sheila gave me the most magical massage! The staff were kind and welcoming and the location was beautiful. Couldn’t have had a better experience!

  Dawn did an amazing job! I got a deep tissue with gua sha she definitely got all the knots out. 10/10 will be visiting again

  Taya is so intuitive and strong with both a relaxing and energizing pace. She is such a lovely presence and handled the hot stones and cups like an experienced expert. Her work around my neck and jaw was incredible! Highly recommend :)
