- ASashley shauliJan 26, 20261.0All I have to say is the lady with the glasses was super rude to me today regarding a return, and she literally put me on blast in front of all of the customers, and it was super embarrassing and unprofessional. Honestly, she seems miserable and that is not how you treat customers. I’m never shopping at this location ever again. I wish I knew her name, but she has glasses and looks Hispanic. Her hair was also very messy pulled back extremely rude. She should not be working there very unprofessional. I believe her name is Vanessa

SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
