  Very awkward.they try so hard to sell, sell, sell. I went in for a B+ shot, was asked over & over why I didn’t want to do more.connected me w/ an out of state “NP” via an iPad; lost connection so she called me over & over again after I left the facility. The “nurse”:salesperson came in w/ a needle filled w/ fluid that she opened and filled outside of my presence. Walking around w/ it. A front desk girl walks into the room to chat about how many people came in that day. Pushed to do a double B shot. When I paid, front desk girl also asked to go over membership pricing. I said no. Time for me to go. Very pushy. Felt trapped. They weren’t going to let me leave unless I bought something. Very pushy.

  The doctor at urgent care recommended I get an IV drip since I had been dehydrated after having a cold/flu. I was very nauseous and the staff here were so helpful and accommodating. I really felt terrible but they gave me some medication for nausea, pain and then some vitamins. After the IV, they let me rest until I was ready to leave. I had a very good experience here on a day that I did not feel well at all. Everyone was very kind and helpful.

  All I have to say is wow this place handled me so professionally I came in I was super sick from the night before and they treated me like I was one of their family members. I got a really comfortable massage chair with my IV and a blanket and everyone was so nice and caring. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be getting a membership. Thank you guys for doing the Lord’s work.

Mike, Leon, Bella & Bella, Cynthia, Lana (Mike’s lovely wife) are all absolutely amazing. Every single person is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about your health and what you actually need — not just upselling treatments. They always take the time to recommend the most effective IVs based on how I’m feeling and my goals, and the results speak for themselves. I’ve been here three times already and felt great every single time. The experience is consistent, comfortable, and confidence-inspiring. Because of how good the care has been, I’m now a member and plan on coming regularly. If you’re looking for IV therapy where the staff truly knows what they’re doing and actually cares, this is the place. Highly recommended

  After being sick for three days in straight and no help from medicine, I decided to try IV for the first time. I visited Prime IV in Woodland Hills. After receiving an IV in their super comfortable massage chair and a Vitamin D shot i woke up next morning like a new man. No more flu and energy. After my first time trying IV, I'm a fan for life. Definitely recommend Prime IV and I will be their regular customer.
