Maria, hair stylist who claims to have 12 years experience working as a hair stylist caused severe hair damaged with her “expertise” in hair bleaching. I walked out of the hair salon in tears. My hair length was to my mid-back and After she worked on my hair, it was above shoulders length. I went in for highlights and a 1/2 inch trim. Never thought I would walk out with the lowest self esteem ever!! SHAME ON YOU JCP salon for hiring inadequate people to perform such a service
