- RRRockhopperApr 2, 20263.0Getting a proper massage in Westlake or thousand Oaks isn't as easy as it sounds. Just take a look at various reviews for various locations. My experience here at NOW was okay. The front desk person was really efficient and friendly. I had asked for a deep tissue upon entering. That was a change from the original order made upon making the appointment. So I took care to re-explain to the masseuse that this was going to be a deep tissue. The gentleman assigned to me did an okay job but Ive had much, much better. It was pretty much at least to me feeling like a regular massage. For what I paid it was simply not worth it. The Establishment is nice, they did a very nice job with the area where massages are done. It had more of an organic feel. And definitely something more artistic and somewhat exotic for Westlake.
